Terms of use
Docs to Training is operated by 10951811 Canada Inc. These terms apply when you create an account or use the authoring service. Our privacy notice explains how we handle information.
A free beta, with limits
The public beta is free. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription, and paid checkout is unavailable. Features, storage and generation capacity are limited and may change. AI drafting can be unavailable when the service’s shared allowance is exhausted. We will explain any future paid offer before asking you to purchase it.
This is an evolving beta. Availability, uninterrupted access and error-free results are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important source documents and exported courses. Do not rely on this beta as your only record or as a substitute for professional advice or required workplace training review.
Your account and workspace
Provide an email address you control, protect your password and use workspace permissions carefully. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for the people you invite. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you upload or create. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, including sending relevant content to service providers for requested processing. This permission does not make your sources public.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to import source documents, images and other material, and to use and distribute the resulting course. A document being accessible to you does not automatically give you permission to reuse it. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information or confidential material unless you are authorized to share it with this service and its providers.
Review before you publish
AI suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review sources, factual claims, assessments, accessibility and any policy or safety instructions before approving or distributing a course. Suggestions do not become approved training merely because they were generated. You decide what to approve and publish.
Exports support the formats shown in the product. We do not claim certification or compatibility with every learning management system. Test an export in your own system before relying on it, including learner progress and completion reporting.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute harmful content, access another person’s private workspace, or bypass access controls and service limits. We may restrict or suspend access to investigate abuse, protect the service or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and offer a way to contact us.
Leaving the service
You can request workspace deletion through the product or by contacting us. Editing and shared access stop when deletion is requested. A 30-day recovery period precedes scheduled deletion. Cleanup and backup limitations are explained in the privacy notice. Previously downloaded or distributed exports cannot be recalled.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the beta changes. We will identify the updated date and provide notice of material changes through the service or account email. If you disagree, stop using the service and contact us about exporting or deleting your content.
