Privacy notice
10951811 Canada Inc. operates Docs to Training. This notice describes information used by the free beta authoring service. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or help deleting your information, email 10951811canadainc@gmail.com.
Information we handle
We handle your account name and email address, password authentication records, session and verification information, workspace memberships, and the documents and other content you choose to upload. Course drafts, source references, review decisions, generation requests and exports are stored so you can edit, review and retrieve your work.
We also process operational information needed to run and protect the service, such as request metadata, error records, usage limits and account activity. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in source documents or support messages unless it is necessary and you have permission to share it.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, provide your workspace, process imports, generate requested drafts, preserve source links and revisions, support review and export, send account verification or recovery messages, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. We do not sell your uploaded content or account information.
Services that process information
Google Cloud provides application hosting and private object storage for uploaded sources and generated files. Supabase provides the PostgreSQL database for account and workspace records. Resend processes account email delivery, including the recipient address and verification or recovery message.
When you request AI drafting or editing, relevant source excerpts, instructions and course context are sent to OpenAI to generate suggestions. Provider retention can apply under the provider’s terms and configured processing settings. Do not send material you are not permitted to share with these providers.
Providers may process information outside your province or country. This beta does not promise that all information stays in Canada.
Private sources and deliberate sharing
Uploaded sources and workspace content are private by default and accessible through workspace permissions. You control author review and approval. When you invite collaborators or create a shareable review link, the people with that access can see the content made available to them. Downloading or distributing an export creates copies outside the service that we cannot recall.
Cookies and account messages
Session cookies support sign-in and account security. Account verification and password recovery messages help you access your account; creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing email. The beta has no paid checkout.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and workspace content while needed to provide the service, unless you request deletion or another retention requirement applies. You can request workspace deletion in the product or contact us for help. Editing and shared access stop after the request, and deletion is scheduled after a 30-day recovery period. Contact us during that period if the request was a mistake.
Deletion is not complete until the cleanup process has finished and recorded completion. Backup removal has a target of no more than 90 days, but the provider backup policy and full removal timing have not yet been verified for this beta; this is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. Limited records may need to remain for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. We will explain known exceptions when handling your request. Files already downloaded or shared outside the service remain outside our control.
Updates and your choices
You can ask us to explain, correct or provide access to your information. We may need to verify that you control the account before responding. We will update this notice as the service changes and identify the updated date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email.
